Yeow I have to go back in time here. Let me look. I think it was just a plastic and egg script combo.

heres what I do...download a program called jing[link] once you have done that, go to the jing options, go to prerefrences, go to file, go to the spot where it says target directory, and choose where u want your stuff to be saved............... After youve done THAT u are ready to start uploading stuff super quick. all you have to do is make your apophysis window Fullscreen, startup jing, when its started go to the little ball thing that you will see on the top of your screen, and when the three little tabs grow out, choose the one that looks like a plus sign(dont worry, once you download jing youll know what im talking about;)), then just click when u have the target lined up with the fratal in the full screen apophysis window, and click on file and embed when its done :D........................if you wanna see what it looks like when your done go to my gallery and look at some of my fractals, HOPE I COULD HELP!:D
