Very impressive.

aren't these several different fractals merged.

because, if they aren't, I hate you!

The water backround was made with Visions Of Chaos. I wasn't trying to
make a water backround but when it came out like that I noticed the bubbles
and and underwater appearance and got the idea for a underwater scene.
All the other images were make in Apophysis using the .png output and I then
just placed tham as you see. Please don't hate me OK ?

I would never hate you. You are too talented! I just wanted to make sure that it was not all just a single generated fractal. Your work is really inspiring.

What tutorials did you begin with or did you find the most helpful? I am just starting out using apophysis, and while I'm happy with what I've created so far (in my 5 whole days of using it) and i want to learn how to actually make fractals instead of really superly awesome flames that I WISH I could iterate into uberlyawesome fractals.

much thanks

Time. That is what it takes. I started about 5 years ago making fractals,
IFS type and flames with Visions Of Chaos. I have never read a tut and I avoid looking at other peoples work. I have developed my own style and
I also create my own gradients. The reason is I really only enjoy the
creative part of making fractals and rarely look at then once I post them.
As far as advise, HAVE FUN and save everything as you can always go back and refine things as you get better. Try making your own gradients
and join the Apophysis group here.Follow the links to the tuts and
Apo e-mail group. I thank you for adding me to your Dev-Watch -Friends
list. I appreciate it very much.

This is so cool! I love how it's one big picture, but if you look closely you can clearly see all the fractal details.
